I want to thank you for your kind note and quick response to benefits. My father took out one of your policies in 2012 and that was the best thing he could have done. Payment was set up on a draft which was very easy fo him. When I was told that my father would not make it much longer I called your customer service line. I am sorry to say I don't remember the ladies name that took my call. She was most helpful in letting me know things would be taken care of quickly. She directly connected me to the advocacy group. It came as a surprise to find out that my dad's policy had a 20% death benefit for the front end. As stressful as this time can be that game me such piece of mind to know that things would be handled. Eric with the Funeral Consumer Society was extraordinary with his customer service. He assured me that I would not have to do anything but call him once we got the funeral home and he was right. I have recommended your company to several of my associates, friends, and family. My husband and I are also re-evaluating our own policies. 

 

On a side note, I had spoken to my dad's agent "Tony" forgive me on the last name, can't find his card. He was also outstanding./ It is obvious your employees are vested in your company and not just a job.
